FAQ

Deliveries are coordinated the week of your event. Deliveries are scheduled with a 3 hour window. If you need a specific delivery and/or pickup time it can be arranged for a small fee.

Rentals are yours for the day of your rental unless otherwise stated on your invoice, contract, or item has a specified time frame.

Rental and Delivery pricing are not included in rental item fees. Due to delivery and pickup fees are subject to the area where item will be delivered.

Yes, we require a minimum of $200 for any rentals.

We can create a custom theme for a nominal fee for art design. Checkout our decoration packages as they already include custom theme design.
