FAQ
When is my Delivery?
Deliveries are coordinated the week of your event. Deliveries are scheduled with a 3 hour window. If you need a specific delivery and/or pickup time it can be arranged for a small fee.
What themes can I choose from?
We pretty much have any and every theme available as we usually have our themes custom printed for your event.
Can I add-on to a Package?
You can add anything you need to any of our packages.
How long do I have my rentals for?
Rentals are yours for the day of your rental unless otherwise stated on your invoice, contract, or item has a specified time frame.
Can you create a custom theme?
We can create a custom theme for a nominal fee for art design.
Can I remove something from a Package?
Our Packages are deeply discounted as oppose to renting the rentals a la carte. packages are sold as is and cannot be modified as it will increase the package price and item discounts will no longer apply.
