Our story
Here at Fabulous Events Miami we take all the stress out of organizing a party from the finest of details, to supplying quality products and working with high end suppliers and vendors. With your desired theme, we plan, design, organize and set-up all you need for your party; all you have to do is show up with your guests, we hand everything over to you and once the party is finished, you let us know. Yes it is as easy as that! If you wish to manage your own party and you simply need inspiration and guidance we can offer you assistance with our support and advice service. We even rent out our products! Costs can vary depending on the size of the party space and the theme you require, but we’ll always look for the most cost effective solutions. We have thoughtfully put together packages so you know exactly what your costs are up front with no hidden surprises. Fabulous Events Miami is perfect for busy moms and dads and your initial consultation service is free of charge.
So how does it all work?
Essentially, we plan, design, organize and set up all you need for your event; all you need to do is show up with your guests, we hand everything over to you and once the event is finished, you let us know! Yes it is as easy as that.
Pricing
Each event is unique and custom designed to your requirements no event or price will be the same. For a quote on your event, have ready for us as much information as you can i.e date, venue, guests numbers, budget, a theme or color scheme (if you have one), catering requirements and any other details you may have already organized.

Party Planning Support & Advice
If you wish to manage your own party and you simply need inspiration and guidance we can offer you assistance with our support and advice service, we even rent out our products!! Perfect for the busy m0m or dad, business professional or someone organizing a surprise party for their partner. Price: From $75.00 per hour. Please see rentals section for prices on product rentals.
How far in advance do I need to book your service?
We recommend you book our service a couple months in advance as we are constantly limited on weekend availability.
Deposits and Cancellations
Once you have accepted our quote either by signing our contract, or by submitting deposit or payment accepting all terms and conditions, or by remitting by email signed documents, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date & start the preparation (as this can take several weeks) if you’re booking within 10 business days of your event full payment is required. Any remainder balance is then due 10 business days prior to the event taking place, if remaining balance is not paid, you forfeit your deposit and will loose your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable and you will have the option of re-booking the event for another date only if you cancel. All deposits and payment for entertainment are final and are non refundable and are not eligible for rebooking.
